House rules
The basic prerequisites for successful therapy are peace and relaxation. The consideration of the individual for the well-being of the other guests is an important aspect of this. In order to ensure the greatest possible treatment success for our guests, we ask you to observe the following rules of behaviour:
- Cell phone calls are not permitted anywhere on the premises or during excursions and hikes. Using a cell phone is only permitted in your own room with the windows closed.
- We would like to point out that there is a strict ban on smoking and alcohol at the Buff Medical Resort. This ban also includes the use of e-cigarettes. The ban applies throughout the building and on the entire premises. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area.
- The ban on smoking and alcohol also applies to excursions and hikes.
- We kindly ask you not to wear bathrobes in the dining room.
- We kindly ask you not to wear bathrobes in the dining room.
- The covering of the face (hijab, niqab, burqa) is not permitted at the Buff Medical Resort.
- Animals are not permitted.
- The WLAN is not available from 10.00 pm to 6.30 am.
- Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask you to keep the night’s rest from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.
- Accompanying persons and visitors of guests must be registered at the reception desk when entering the building.
We would like to point out that the house rules apply to all guests of the Buff Medical Resort. Should there be any violations of these rules, the management of the resort is unfortunately authorised to terminate your stay. Please understand that we will not be able to offer a refund in this case.
By booking a stay in our house, you agree to the provisions of these house rules.
