
House rules
The basic requirements for successful therapy are tranquility and relaxation. Consideration for the well-being of other guests is an important aspect of this. In order to ensure the best possible treatment success for our guests, we ask that you observe the following rules of conduct:
- Cell phone use is not permitted anywhere on the property or during excursions and hikes. Cell phone calls are only allowed in your own room with the windows closed.
- Please be advised that the Buff Medical Resort has a strict no-smoking and no‑alcohol policy. This policy also applies to e-cigarettes. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building and on the entire premises. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
- The smoking and alcohol ban also applies to excursions and hikes.
- We kindly request that you refrain from wearing bathrobes in the dining room.
- Please wear appropriate swimwear in the pool area.
- Face coverings (hijab, niqab, burqa) are not allowed in the Buff Medical Resort.
- Please be advised that animals are not permitted on the premises.
- We kindly ask for your understanding that WIFI is not available between 10:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.
- In consideration of our other guests, we kindly request that you observe nighttime rest from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- All accompanying persons and visitors of guests must be registered at the reception upon entering the building.
We would like to point out that the house rules apply to all guests of the Buff Medical Resort. Should there be any violations of these rules, the management of the resort is unfortunately entitled to terminate your stay. Please understand that we will not be able to offer a refund in this case.
