TRAVELLING BY PLANE

The best way to get to Constance on Lake Constance by plane is via Zurich Airport (ZRH). This international airport is well connected.

We offer a shuttle service from Zurich Airport to our resort. The journey takes 45 minutes. You can add this option to your room enquiry.

Zurich Airport is the closest airport to Constance (45 min.). Further airports are located in Donaueschingen Villingen (45 min.), St. Gallen-Altenrhein (45 min.), Friedrichshafen (1h 15 min.), Stuttgart (2.5 h), Munich (3 h) and Frankfurt am Main (3.5 h). We will be happy to pick you up with our hotel transfer.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

  1. Start on the A1 motorway heading south.

  2. After about 30 kilometres, take exit 70 Rheineck in the direction of St. Gallen.

  3. Continue on the A1 motorway and cross the border into Germany.

  4. Stay on the A81 in the direction of Singen.

  5. After about 50 km, take exit 37 Kreuz Hegau and change to the A98 motorway in the direction of Konstanz.

  6. Follow the signs and continue on the A98 motorway until you reach Konstanz.

  7. In Constance, we are located directly on the shores of Lake Constance: Seestraße 13b, 78464 Constance.

  1. Start on the A3 motorway heading south.

  2. After about 60 kilometres, take exit 64 Wiesbadener Kreuz to change to the A67 towards Darmstadt/Karlsruhe.

  3. Stay on the A67 for about 20 kilometres and then change to the A5 towards Karlsruhe.

  4. Take the A5 motorway for about 200 km in a south-westerly direction.

  5. At the Hegau junction, change to the A81 towards Singen/Zürich.

  6. After about 70 km, take exit 37 Kreuz Hegau and change to the A98 motorway in the direction of Konstanz.

  7. Follow the signs and continue on the A98 motorway until you reach Konstanz.

  8. In Constance, we are located directly on the shores of Lake Constance: Seestraße 13b, 78464 Constance.

    1. Start on the A96 motorway in the direction of Lindau.

    2. Follow the A96 motorway for about 70 km, then take exit 76 Landsberg am Lech-West and change to the B17 towards Füssen/Kaufbeuren.

    3. Stay on the B17 for about 45 kilometres and then change to the A7 towards Memmingen.

    4. Stay on the A7 for about 80 km and then change to the A96 towards Lindau at the Allgäu motorway junction.

    5. Stay on the A96 motorway for 70 km and then take exit 1 Wangen-Nord in the direction of Wangen im Allgäu.

    6. Stay on the B3 for about 35 kilometres and then change to the A98 towards Konstanz.

    7. Follow the signs and continue on the A98 motorway until you reach Konstanz.

    8. In Constance, we are located directly on the shores of Lake Constance: Seestraße 13b, 78464 Constance.

Door to Door

As a special service, we offer a customised “door-to-door” service. We can pick you up conveniently from your home within a 5-hour drive.

The latest cardiac diagnostics to determine cardiac and vascular health

As part of the 3-day Buffmed Cardio package, we carry out extensive and unique cardiological diagnostics with our guests, which offers the opportunity to identify existing cardiological risks and counteract them as early as possible.

In doing so, we go far beyond the usual internal cardiology diagnostics. Thanks to cardio-MRI and the use of AI in the analysis, our cardiologists are not only able to make precise statements about the blood flow and oxygen supply to the heart muscle, but also about its performance and its ability to adapt to different stresses. Risks of developing cardiac arrhythmias and even the smallest structural changes in the heart muscle, so-called micro-scars, can also be recognised immediately.

The visualization and analysis of the three-dimensional course of the heart‘s action provide further indications of cardiac health. The aim of this complex diagnostic procedure is to determine a person‘s biological age and minimize the risk of heart disease.

As part of the 10-day Buffmed Classic package, we work with our guests to precisely diagnose where they currently stand and develop goals aimed exclusively at improving their health. We show them how they can achieve these goals through scientifically proven interventions and lifestyle changes. And how they can consciously experience the positive effect of their transformation and integrate it into their everyday life.

A stay at the Buff Medical Resort is usually combined with an individually tailored fasting program. However, our guests can also enjoy calorie-reduced, easily digestible organic buff gourmed cuisine. Both will lead them into a different world of thinking and feeling about food, as well as chewing, tasting and enjoying food.

As part of this package, we carry out a detailed analysis of our guests‘ metabolic health and physical performance. We use modern tracking methods such as continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). If sleep diagnostics are required, we also carry out a continuous measurement of the heart rhythm to diagnose any existing cardiac arrhythmia, including the measurement of heart rate variability (HRV or HFV).
